Sentinel is a game prototype developed with Marios Michalakos in 48 hours as part of the 2017 Global Game Jam at Abertay University. It uses Arthur C. Clarke's short story 'The Sentinel' as a point of departure and visual inspiration. Responding to this year's theme, Waves, the game comprises of puzzles requiring real-time waveform manipulation: When the player's waveform matches the panel's waveform by adjusting sliders that represent sinusoidal amplitudes, the puzzle is solved. Made with Unity3D and Pure Data.
